Capsule Care

Capsule Care is a medical brand created and designed by Janet Cho, Jessie Lau, and Kathleen Stevers as part of the CleanMeds initiative project at OCAD University. The purpose of this project is to improve the distribution of medicines to low-income citizens across Canada as part of a clinical trial of the health effects of providing patients with free access to medicine. An essential part of the project is creating a package design that is cost-effective and secures medical packaging through shipping, a medicine label that can be easily understood by patients, and a medicine bottle that can be made using materials that are environmentally friendly and sustainable.

Shipping Package Design
A shipping package mock-up made in Adobe Illustrator. The packaging would be made out of corrugated cardboard with multiple incisions that allow the medicine bottles to be stay secure.
